Communication – We commit to keeping all of our clients informed of what has been done, what needs to be acted upon, and where they stand financially. We will always be open and receptive to questions and concerns.

Meet Our Founder

Founder and President of Starboard Accounting & Consulting since 2008; Kerri has extensive experience in Accounting and Small Business Management. She studied Economics at the College of William & Mary, and Accounting at Forsyth Technical Community College. Kerri is a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor. She loves the constant challenges of owning her own business, and working with business owners alike. At home, she can be found homeschooling her three daughters, cooking the garden bounty, and homesteading with way too many animals. Kerri also volunteers extensively with her church, as the financial secretary, making chicken pies, and various children's activities. She currently resides in Pfafftown with her husband and children, in their family's old farmhouse.

The Starboard Team

Amy Keegan

Accounting Manager and QuickBooks ProAdvisor with Starboard Accounting & Consulting since January 2015; Amy studied Accounting at Forsyth Technical Community College, and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Gardner-Webb University. She currently resides in Winston-Salem, NC with her husband and three sons. She devotes her time to scrapbooking, playing sports, and spending time with family.

Pamela Rosendale

Bookkeeping Specialist with Starboard Accounting & Consulting since November 2010; Pamela is experienced in Bookkeeping and QuickBooks. She has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from California State University in Fullerton, CA with a concentration on Accounting. Pamela is originally from California but ventured east and now resides in Greensboro, NC. She plays tennis, loves reading and spending time with her husband and three children.

Blaine Bradford

Bookkeeping Specialist with Starboard Accounting & Consulting since December 2016; Blaine came to Starboard Accounting with an associate’s degree in Accounting and experience in Accounts Payable, payroll processing, and account reconciliations. Originally from Chester, SC, Blaine relocated to Greensboro, NC where she currently resides with her husband and 3 children. She looks forward to spending time with family and friends, and activities such as reading, relaxing on the beach, hunting, and fishing.

Kristen Miller

Bookkeeping Specialist, Office Administrative Assistant, and Payroll Assistant with Starboard Accounting & Consulting since September 2015; Kristen has years of experience as a Bookkeeping Specialist. She currently resides in Pinnacle, NC. She enjoys spending quality time with her family of seven and close friends. Kristen can be caught catching Carolina Panthers football games, and having date nights with her husband.

Ashley Lowe

Bookkeeping Specialist with Starboard Accounting since 2022. Ashley Graduated from Thomasville High School in 2000. Ashley lives in Thomasville with her life partner of 22 years, two sons and daughter. Ashley loves hosting gathering for any occasion but has a special love for all things Christmas.

Kim Bauer

Bookkeeping specialist with Starboard Accounting and Consulting since October 2023. Kim brings many years of being a software support specialist in a corporate setting and has transferred her skills to bookkeeping. She currently resides in Lexington, NC where she enjoys spending time with her husband and three kids traveling and hiking with her dogs.

Amber Odom

Amber Odom has been a Bookkeeping Specialist with Starboard Accounting since 2025. She has extensive experience in the collections and the administrative side of businesses, utilizing her degree in Accounting from Greensboro Technical Community College. Amber resides in Lexington NC, where she enjoys spending time watching sports with her husband and daughter.

Jordan Chapman

Jordan Chapman is a Payroll Specialist who joined Starboard Accounting & Consulting in 2026. Before joining Starboard, Jordan worked in education, specializing in supporting elementary students with special needs. Her experience in education has given her a strong foundation in organization, communication, patience, and attention to detail—skills she brings to her work in payroll. Jordan lives in Lexington, NC, and is a proud mom of two. Outside of work, she is an avid sports mom and serves as a booster club president. Both of her children play travel sports, so you can usually find Jordan at a ball field on the weekends, cheering from the sidelines and supporting her kids and their teams.
