Bring your receipts, statements, or any troublesome issue you may be having, and our expert staff will help you determine how to record it in QuickBooks. All material covered will also be distributed as a Take-Home Reference Guide

Smooth Sailing Through QuickBooks Course
This program is designed to make the introduction to QuickBooks easy and painless for brand-new users. We’ll set up your company file from scratch and teach you the basics for navigating the program using your own data. In less than three weeks you’ll be up and running! This course consists of two on-site sessions, three hours each, with your QuickBooks ProAdvisor. In between each session you’ll be given specific pieces of homework to make the most out of your session time. This package also includes FREE remote tech-support with your ProAdvisor during your three week set-up period. Package price: $300
QuickBooks Mastery Level Course
This program is designed for those with a solid basic understanding of QuickBooks who want to get the most out of this powerful software. Each course can be taken "a-la-carte", depending on the needs of your company. And since these courses are taught in the comfort of you office or home, they are tailored to fit the specific needs of you business.
Course consists of three on-site sessions, three hours each, with your QuickBooks ProAdvisor. This package also includes FREE remote tech-support with your Pro-Advisor during the week of each course. Package price: $450 for all three, or $150 each.
Three Course Topics:
Track – Do you want to pull more information out of the numbers? The “Tracking” course teaches you how to extract meaningful numbers behind the data so you can make better business decisions. With a few small changes you can track how your customers find you, what segments of your business are most profitable, and what items are most profitable. Learn how to track time and mileage in QuickBooks. And prepare for tax time even easier with 1099 and tax line mapping.
Customize – Not all QuickBooks invoices and estimates need to look alike! Learn how to create truly unique estimates, invoices, and sales orders through QuickBooks templates. Discover the letters and envelope feature in QuickBooks to make correspondence even easier. You’ll also learn how to streamline your data entry with a customized icon bar, price levels, memorized transactions, and account prefills.
Report – Now that you have all of this data in place, learn how to easily access relevant reports that go beyond the standard reporting. Our favorites include: Job Profitability Report, Open POs, and Physical Inventory Worksheet. Learn how to modify reports to fit your needs, and then memorize for easy access in the future. Develop a budget from existing QuickBooks data and then compare over time to actual results.
